RESEARCH INTEREST

My current research investigates the effects of passaging the phyllosphere microbiome on tomato fungal diseases. In particular, I am interested in characterizing the community-wise microbial responses and deciphering the plant-microbe interactions during each passage. The results will serve as a foundation for synthesizing artificial microbiome and targeted plant engineering to improve plant health and growth.
